Does Sprint.ly offer annual plans?

Yes! You may sign up for an annual plan and save with two months free. Only account owners have permissions to modify account plans.

Q: I'm an existing customer. Where can I see my monthly and annual plan options?
A: Log into your account, click on your name on the top right and select Billing to view your options: 

 


Q: I'm on an annual plan and my team has changed in size. Can I upgrade/downgrade plans at any time?

A: Yes. You may upgrade/downgrade from any annual plan to another annual plan at any time. Changes mid-billing cycle will be prorated. If you're downgrading plans, we'll add the prorated difference as a credit onto your account. 

Q: If I switch from one annual plan to another, does my billing cycle date start over with another 12 months?
A: No. Your billing cycle date (the date of your very first Sprint.ly invoice) will not change. 

Q: I'm an existing tiered plan customer and am on a monthly plan. I want to switch to an annual plan. Will I get two months free?
A:
Yes! We will automatically calculate the cost savings when you initiate the change in your Plan settings.

Q:
I'm on an annual plan but need to switch to a monthly cycle. Can I do that?
A: You can change to a monthly plan at any time on the Plans page. The new monthly rate will go into effect once your annual plan has expired.

Q: I'm an existing customer on the old per team member per month plan. Can I sign up for an annual tiered plan and save, too? 
A: Yes! You may update your subscription in the same Plans menu. Please note that if you switch off your old per team member per month plan, you will not be able to return to it.

Q: I'm an existing customer on the old per team member per month plan. Can I sign up for an annual plan but also stay on my old per team per member plan?
A: Of course. Please contact us at support@sprint.ly and we'll get you set up.
