It's simple to change a users role. You have to be an Owner of the account to change a users role. All you do is go to your Members page and choose what product you would like to change the users role. Scroll down to the user and to the right of their name you'll see their current role. When you hover over that role, a dropdown menu will appear and you can go ahead and choose a different role for them!
